Dr. Vangala has graduated from a reputed medical school in India, Osmania Medical College, Hyderabad. He then completed Post Graduate training in Psychiatry in India and was in Private practice for one year before immigrating to USA.
He started training in General Psychiatry in 1993 at The University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center at Dallas and completed 4 year of Psychiatry Post Graduation in 1997.
He then moved to Minnesota and worked at Fergus Falls Regional Treatment Center in Fergus Falls, MN, as Staff Psychiatrist for 2 years then he became the Clinical Director of the Hospital. He continued in this position for 2 years before he moved to Florida for a Fellowship training in Geriatric Psychiatry.
He completed Fellowship training in Geriatric Psychiatry at University of Florida College of Medicine in Gainesville, FL. (2002 to 2003). In july 1993 he started the company and started the solo pracitce.
He is affiliated with and has active consultant privileges at Heart of Florida Regional Medical Center and Florida Hospital.
He has an active and good standing medical license to practice in the State of Florida and is a Member of the American Psychiatry Association and also Florida Psychiatric Society.
