For Medication refills please allow atleast 24 hours for the office staff to process the requests. If it is a weekend the refills may not be processed until next working day. You may contact your local pharmacy as some of them may fill 2-3 days prescriptions in emergency.
 
Due to the limted availability of the appointments, we request cancellations and rescheduling must be done 24 hours prior to the actual appointment. If any client does not show up for scheduled appointment or did not reschedule in time, we will charge 50% of the usual charges. As your insurance does not pay for the missed appointments this bill will become the responsibility of the patients.
