DIRECTIONS: Coming from Lake Wales/Haine City/ Winter Haven: On Hwy 27 you go towards North, as if going to clearmont,FL. After you pass the intersection for I-4, the Sand Mine road is about 5 miles north on Hwy 27. At the signal light make a left and you will see the sign for Physicians Plaza, just behind the Publix grocery stores (at Berry Town Center). Coming from Clearmont: On Hwy 27 go south as if going to Haines City. After you pass the county line for the lake and polk counties(just south south of 192), about 3 miles further south you will see the Publix Grocery store and the Sand Mine road signal light. Here you make a right and you will see the sign for the Physicians Plaza, just behind the Publix Grocery Stores (at Berry Town Center). Coming from Kissimmee: Take 192 all the way west where it ends in Hwy 27. Go south towards Haines City on the Hwy 27 and about 3 miles from the 192 and Hwy 27 junction, you will see the Publix Grocery store and the Sand Mine road signal light. Here you make a right and you will see the sign for the Physicians Plaza, just behind the Publix Grocery Stores (at Berry Town Center). Coming from Tampa: Going east on I-4 towards Orlando, take Exit 55 and go North on Hwy 27. From here the Sand Mine road is about 5 miles north on Hwy 27. At the signal light make a left and you will see the sign for Physicians Plaza, just behind the Publix grocery stores (at Berry Town Center). Coming from Orlando: Going west on I-4, either you can exit 192 and follow directions as if you are coming from Kissimee or you can take Exit 55 and go north on Hwy 27 and follow the instructions as if you are coming from Tampa. |
